This spacious and elegant apartment (75 sq metres) is on the ground floor with pleasant views from the bay window sitting room along the tree lined approach to Thomas Telford's Dean Bridge and Edinburgh City Centre.

The accommodation retains many period features including fine plasterwork and comprises:

• Generous sitting room with bay window dining area and integral kitchen.
• One double bedroom with super king-size double bed
• Large bathroom with bath/shower/bidet, toilet and wash hand basin

A fold down bed can also be provided in the sitting room or in the bedroom to sleep an additional person.
